No therapeutic relationship

A professional therapeutic relationship is established only after both parties have agreed to begin services and all required intake procedures and consent documentation have been completed.

Consultation requests

We offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine whether our services are an appropriate fit.

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee an appointment or ongoing services.

Confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of information submitted through our website. However, email and online contact forms should not be used to send urgent, confidential, or highly sensitive personal information.

If you become a client, your personal information and health records will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including PHIPA and PIPEDA, as well as professional standards governing Registered Social Workers in Ontario.
